How does the free trial work?+

You get three full months with no payment and no card on file.

Are leads or bookings guaranteed?+

No. You receive alerts when homeowners post jobs matching your chosen waste categories and radius. Availability depends on local demand, and homeowners choose which quote to accept. You decide which jobs to quote on.

Is there a charge for each quote?+

No. Quote on as many matching jobs as you like within your subscription. There’s no commission either: you receive the full amount you quote.

When and how do I get paid?+

After collection, the homeowner pays through the site and payment is held. Once you have disposed of the waste and your uploaded waste transfer note is verified, your payout is sent to your bank via Stripe. You complete a one-time Stripe Connect setup from your dashboard.

What do I need to join?+

You need an upper tier waste carrier registration (a number starting CBDU), which we check against the Environment Agency register. Set up your business profile, service radius and waste categories, then upload photo ID, public liability insurance and proof of address to become fully verified.

What happens if my licence lapses?+

Licences are re-verified monthly. If your registration lapses or is revoked, your account is suspended. The platform sends an email warning when expiry is approaching.

Can I cancel?+

Yes, you can cancel at any time. No card is required for the three-month trial. See the terms of service for the subscription conditions.
